1. SERVICE AREAS
Neyy currently operates exclusively in Kakkanad, Kerala and surrounding specific zones. We do not offer interstate or international shipping. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your location pin on the App's home screen.
2. DELIVERY TIMING & SCHEDULED ORDERS
Scheduled Delivery: Neyy specializes in home-cooked meals. To ensure freshness, many of our Home Chefs require Scheduled Orders (ordering in advance).
Time Slots: When placing an order, you will select a specific Delivery Time Slot. We strive to deliver within this window, but unforeseen traffic or weather conditions may cause minor delays.
Estimates: All delivery times displayed on the App are estimates and not guarantees.
3. DELIVERY FEES
Calculation: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between the Home Chef’s kitchen and your delivery address.
Surge Pricing: During peak hours (Lunch/Dinner), heavy rain, or festivals, a slightly higher delivery fee may apply to incentivize our Delivery Partners.
Transparency: The total delivery fee is always shown on the "Checkout" screen before you pay.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Be Available: You must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected address during the delivery slot.
Unreachable Customer: If our Delivery Partner arrives and cannot reach you (phone unanswered / door locked) for 10 minutes, the order will be marked as "Delivered" and left at your doorstep or returned. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Gate Entry: If your apartment complex does not allow delivery partners inside, you agree to collect the order from the main gate.
5. DAMAGED OR SPILLED FOOD
If the packaging is severely damaged or food is spilled upon arrival, please do not accept the order.
Take a photo immediately and contact our Support team. We will process a replacement or refund after verification.
