1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Neyy (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our") operates a multi-vendor food delivery platform. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data for our three user groups: Customers, Vendors (Chefs), and Delivery Partners.
By using the Neyy mobile application or website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. INFORMATION WE ACTUALLY COLLECT
We only collect data that is necessary for the App to function.
A. Information You Give Us:
Account Data: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Password.
Vendor Data: FSSAI License number, Shop/Kitchen Address, and Bank Account details (for payouts).
Delivery Partner Data: Driving License, Vehicle Registration, and Bank Account details.
Content: Photos of food items, profile pictures, and reviews you voluntarily upload.
B. Information Collected Automatically (Technical Data):
Device Information: We collect your Device ID (UUID/IMEI), Model, and OS version. Reason: To prevent fraud (e.g., one user creating 100 fake accounts for coupons).
Location Data (GPS):
Customers: To show restaurants available in your specific delivery zone.
Delivery Partners: We collect Background Location (GPS data when the app is closed) to assign orders to the nearest driver and allow customers to track their food.
Log Data: IP Address and time of access.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data strictly for operational purposes:
To fulfill orders: Sharing Customer location with the Delivery Partner.
To process payments: We share transaction amounts with secure Payment Gateways (Razorpay/PhonePe). We do not store your Credit/Debit card numbers.
To communicate: sending Order Status updates via SMS/Notification.
To maintain safety: Verifying the identity of Delivery Partners and Vendors.
4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We are an intermediary platform. We share information only when necessary:
With Vendors: The Chef receives the Customer's order details (Items + Special Note).
With Delivery Partners: The Driver receives the Customer's Name, Phone Number, and Address for delivery purposes.
With Service Providers: SMS Gateways (for OTPs), Map Services (Google Maps for navigation), and Payment Processors.
Legal: We will disclose data if required by Indian Law Enforcement or Tax Authorities (GST).
5. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption) provided by our server infrastructure to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile data inside the App settings.
Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account via the "Delete Account" button in the Profile section. All personal data will be removed, except for transaction history required for tax audits.
7. COOKIES
If you use our Website version, we use standard cookies to remember your login session and cart items. We do not use advanced tracking pixels for third-party advertising networks.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
